we are based in Walthamstow in East London

WHERE IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE?
all our jewellery is designed and handmade in our London Studio

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
unfortunately at this moment in time we do not have a store, but are stocked in many retailers across the UK and often do popups where you can come and meet us!

Jewellery

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
our jewellery is made of 18k gold plated sterling silver, or brass

WHAT IF I HAVE METAL ALLERGIES?
we sell costume jewellery, and as such advise that anyone with metal
allergies does not wear our jewellery

DOES THE JEWELLERY CONTAIN NICKEL?
all Fco jewellery is nickel and lead free

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
there are some very easy ways to ensure your jewellery remains beautiful for as long as possible. head to our ‘jewellery care’ pages for more info

HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY ARRIVE?
each order comes beautifully packaged in a protective gift box or pouch

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS?
if your items become faulty within 3 months of purchase, we are happy to assit with a refund or replacement at the discretion of Formation Co. we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been lost, or have been purchased more than 3 months ago

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?
reach out to us via our contact page on the website, we will endeavour to help as best we can

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
if you’d like to add a personalised message in your order, simply pop it in the ‘notes’ section at checkout and we will add a hand written notecard to the box

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ADDRESS?
if you need to change your delivery address or add a personalised note, please reach out asap and let us know the changes needed. in some cases we may be able to ammend in time. unfortunately we cannot make changes to the product itself once the order is placed.

Delivery

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
every order placed is hand made especially for you, we reccommend you allow a week for your order to be created. once completed it will be sent using your choice of standard or express postage

HOW DO I ENSURE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
if you are nervous about your order being delayed or getting lost in the mail, we strongly suggest choosing express shipping at checkout. this ensures your item is tracked through the whole journey and in most cases will arrive within one day of being sent.

I NEED MY ORDER ASAP, WHAT DO I DO?
if you need your jewellery in a hurry, please reach out prior to placing your order online and we can let you know if we’re able to ship in time for you

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
we ship worldwide. any orders placed outside the UK will be sent using express delivery to ensure it doesn’t get lost in transit. import and duty taxes are unlikely, but are the responsibility of the customer. we do not currently ship to Russia

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
unfortunately items can sometimes get lost in the mail, especially at very busy times of year. please reach out to us if your order appears to have gone missing and we will endeavour to help as best we can. we are able to make claims on your behalf after 28 days of the item not arriving

Returns

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
we accept returns within 30 days of purchase at the discretion of Formation Co. contact us via the contact pages to request a refund. more information can be found on the Returns pages of our website.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?
We are sincerely sorry if you have experienced any fault with your purchased items. If the item has arrived faulty please reach out immediately

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE?
We cannot accept refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons. All sale items, including sample sales and end of season items, are final sale

Sustainability

IS YOUR JEWELLERY ETHICAL?
all our products are handmade and created through considered design. We do not mass produce and mostly all items are crafted only once an order is placed to avoid creating excess product. Our items are versatile and stackable, increasing their lifespan by design.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING SERVICE?
We do not want to add to landfill, and so if you no longer wear your jewels we are more than happy to take them back and recycle them for you.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GEMSTONES?
we only use ethically sourced and fairtrade gemstones and have close connections to our suppliers in India.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLED?
every aspect of our packaging is fully eco-friendly and recycled using FSC certified materials, from our tissue to our gift boxes. We urge you to close the circle by recycling or reusing all packaging.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT?
We almost always ship using Royal Mail as they have the lowest reported carbon emissions of all UK based shipping providers..
