Refunds
Returns from the website may be requested within 30 days of purchase - provided the jewellery has not been worn and can be returned in its original packaging in pristine condition. Regrettably, we are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn or damaged. Please contact us via the contact form or formationjewellery@gmail.com to request a refund and a team member will be in touch to discuss next steps. Formation Co. reserves the right to refuse refunds at their own discretion.
We are sorry but we cannot offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, we recommend contacting the store directly for more information on their individual returns policy.
Please note - The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customer's responsibility. We would always advise to use some form of tracked service and to obtain a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation.
Once the return has been received and quality assessed, the refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and a confirmation email will be sent. Be aware refunds can take up to 5-7 days to process depending on who you bank with.
All sale items, including sample sales and end of season items, are final sale. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
Exchanges
We understand it can be hard to make up your mind sometimes. We allow for exchanges of items if the request is made within 30 days of purchase, provided the jewellery has not been worn and can be returned in its original packaging in pristine condition. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn or damaged, and cannot exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items
You are entitled to a full refund on any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. If you raise issue with a faulty item after this date and within a reasonable time frame you will be entitled to a complimentary repair or partial refund on a case by case basis.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges and faulty items. We are unable to offer solutions for items that have been lost or purchased more than three months ago.
