Sometimes you really can love your jewellery too much. If you've accidentally broken a chain, clasp or misplaced a charm - we can help. We offer a repair service for any items damaged within a year of purchase, this covers replacement materials, the care put into fixing your item, and the shipment costs of reuniting you and your gold.

Simply reach out to us through our contact form to request a repair. Include your order number, details regarding your request and photos of the item. If the repair is confirmed, we will direct you to this page to purchase this service.

~ this does not cover jewellery tarnished through misuse or exposure to liquids, items damaged beyond repair or complete replacement of items lost.

Looking after your jewellery

Below is a guide on how to make your Fco jewellery stay golden for longer. Following these steps will prevent scratching, tarnishing and dulling of your favourite pieces. 

  1. Storing your jewellery in the protective box or pouch provided will protect the metal from dulling over time.
  2. Remember to remove your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Water can tarnish the gold plating.
  3. Apply lotions and potions before you put on your jewellery. Chemicals can discolour the metal.

Shipping Information

All Formation jewellery is hand crafted. We recommend allowing a week for your order to ship.

  • Every order placed within the UK benefits from complimentary Royal Mail standard shipping
  • If you would like a more secure shipping option, select Express at checkout, which will enable you to track and sign for your order. This will be charge at the Royal Mail Express Shipping rate.
  • International orders are welcome, all are shipped using a Tracked & Signed service

Return & Exchange Information

In the event that you do not love your jewellery, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and unworn. We request these to be sent using a tracked service to enable us to receive them safely.

We cannot offer refunds on earrings or sale items.

MADE FROM MATERIALS

All our jewellery is handcrafted with care, created responsibly through small batch or made to order designs.

  • We use a brass or sterling silver base with a layer of 24k gold plating on top.
  • All our earrings have sterling silver posts and are hypoallergenic.
  • Our gemstones are ethically sourced from responsible suppliers in India.
